I need someone who can code a program that will detect a tweet immediately, read fully circled text from an image (I think this is called OCR), and then direct message a twitter account with a select piece of the images text... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Cocoa, Mac OS, Objective C, OCR)
